At the Château de Boucéel we love animals, and we know you do too. So we are always pleased to receive your faithful companions. However, we must remind you that the Château de Boucéel is an authentic and vulnerable house, where certain rules of propriety apply. To organize matters so that you enjoy the best possible stay with us, we reproduce below the rules relating to pets at the Château de Boucéel.
⬥ A supplement of €30 per animal per day will be charged.
⬥ Only pets under 25 kilograms in weight are accepted at the Château de Boucéel.
⬥ It is prohibited to let your pet chase or approach any animal of the park in order to preserve their tranquility and freedom.
⬥ Keep your dog under control for the safety and comfort of the other guests. Keep your dog under leash inside the Chateau.
⬥ Should you wish to unleash your dog in the park, your pet must be muzzled. If you don't have a muzzle then the use of a leash is mandatory.
⬥ We greatly appreciate your consideration for cleaning your dog when entering the chateau.
⬥ For reasons of hygiene and tranquillity, pets are not admitted to the swimming pool enclosure, even if on a lead or being carried.
⬥ The bedrooms and common rooms contain antique furniture. Please make sure that your pet does not chew or scratch the floor or the furniture. In the event of any damage, the cost of repairs will be charged.
⬥ In order to conserve the condition of the antique furniture and delicate objects, no pets are allowed in the Grand Salon of the Chateau.
⬥ For reasons of safety and comfort, pets must not be left alone and unattended in the bedrooms.
⬥ The Château de Boucéel provides a Pet Sitting service on site (from €30 per hour and depending on availability) enabling you to leave your pet at Boucéel in confidence during your exploration of the region.
⬥ Guide dogs for the blind or assistance dogs are exempt from all the aforementioned restrictions upon presentation of valid documentation.
